Using a variety of visuals, videos, pictures and a beginning Korean Text book, students will learn Korean Alphabets, pronunciation, simple Korean characters with less strokes and basic daily conversation such as greetings, shopping, locations and more.
In this level, students will be continually exposed to more challenging vocabulary and grammatical structures, with emphasis on understanding, correct pronunciation and correct usage. In this level, students will learn how to write more complex Korean characters and at the end of this level students will be able to use 100 Korean characters.
In this level, students will focus on correcting the existing knowledge of vocabulary and writing, as well as learn valuable idiomatic phrases and Korean culture. Students will be able to read the newspaper, listen to the news TV programs and talk with native Korean speaker minimizing misunderstandings.
